Self-Registration for Users¶
Overview¶
In this tutorial, you'll learn how to register for a RosettaHub Supercloud account through your organization's self-registration portal. Self-registration allows new users to sign up, verify their email, and gain access to their organization's cloud resources -- all in just a few minutes.
Prerequisites¶
- [ ] Your organization is already registered on RosettaHub (see Register Your Organization)
- [ ] You know your organization's dedicated RosettaHub subdomain (e.g.,
yourorg.rosettahub.com) - [ ] A valid email address
Steps¶
Step 1: Navigate to Your Organization's Registration Page¶
Open your browser and go to your organization's dedicated RosettaHub website:
Replace subdomain with your organization's unique subdomain. If you are unsure of the URL, contact your organization's administrator.
Step 2: Fill in the Registration Form¶
Complete the registration form with your details:
- First name and last name
- Email address
- Any additional fields required by your organization
Tip
Use your institutional email address if possible. Many organizations whitelist their email domain for automatic validation, which speeds up the approval process.
Step 3: Verify Your Email¶
After submitting the form, you will receive a verification email from admin@support.rosettahub.com.
- Open the email
- Read the terms and conditions
- Click the verification link to confirm your email address
Warning
Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within a few minutes. Ensure that admin@support.rosettahub.com is not blocked by your email filters.
Step 4: Wait for Administrator Approval¶
After email verification, your registration is reviewed by your organization's administrators:
- Automatic approval -- If your email domain is whitelisted by the organization, you may be approved immediately
- Manual approval -- Otherwise, an administrator will review and approve your registration from the Registrations panel
Step 5: Receive Your Welcome Email¶
Once approved, you will receive a welcome email containing:
- Your login credentials (username and temporary password)
- A link to the RosettaHub platform
Step 6: Log In to RosettaHub¶
Navigate to https://www.rosettahub.com and log in using one of these methods:

| Google OAuth 2 | Click the Google sign-in button if your organization supports SSO via Google |
| Okta SSO | Use your organization's Okta sign-in if configured |
Forgot Your Password?
You can reset your password at any time using the password reset link on the login page.

Troubleshooting¶
I did not receive the verification email
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Verify that
admin@support.rosettahub.comis not blocked by your email provider - Wait a few minutes and try again
- Contact your organization administrator if the issue persists
My registration is taking a long time to be approved
If your email domain is not whitelisted, your registration requires manual approval by an organization administrator. Contact your administrator to check the status of your registration in the Registrations panel.
Can I use Google Sign-In?
Yes, if you registered with a Google email address, you can use the Google sign-in button on the main login page. If you registered with a non-Google email, you can still set up Google Sign-In later (see Access the GCP Cloud Console for details on linking a Google email).
I forgot my password
Use the password reset link on the login page at https://www.rosettahub.com. You will receive an email with instructions to set a new password.
