Block Snapshots¶
Point-in-time copies of block storage across clouds.
Overview¶
Snapshots capture the state of a block storage volume at a specific point in time. They can be used to create new volumes, restore data, or migrate storage across regions.

Use cases: backup and disaster recovery, creating new volumes from known state, migration between regions, testing with production data copies.
Retrieving Snapshots¶
- Select a Cloud Key in the Keys panel
- Right-click and choose Retrieve Snapshots
- Snapshots appear in the Snapshots panel
Actions¶
